A- No we only offer fair chase hunts.

A-We had a 214 typical die of old age but most 140 Plus. They grow big here and that is why RiverRat Outfitters is in business here!
Q- Is Rifle hunting allowed in Iowa?
A-No rifle hunting is not allowed.
Q-Can you hunt with guns during the rut?
A- No, guns are not allowed during the rut.
Q- What kind of success rate does River Rat Outfitters have?
A- Depending on the weather we normally have 50-60% success.
Q- How many days am I allowed to hunt?
A- As long as you tag is valid have at it!
Q- Can we come and preview your farms?
A- You can visit and tour RiverRat Outfitters anytime and you are welcome to shed hunt in March.
Q- Do you use ground blinds?
A- Yes, Rhino Blinds are top quality blinds and we use them.
Q- How high are your tree blinds?
A- Our blinds are eighteen feet high and higher if you wish. On a climber you can climb to any height you desire.
